From the start, we were pumped
AAA Pump Service launched on July 5, 1993, with a pickup truck, a $100 computer and a vision of what good service should be. The vision must have been right. Today the organization has 10 people united in their desire to make customers happy and continue the growth of the company.

Paul Croteau
Founder and President
Paul is busy specifying pumps, providing tech support and training associates. In addition to making sure associates have the training and tools they need to deliver AAA service, Paul is training them to fill expanding roles in a growing company.
Sandra Lemay
Service Coordinator
Sandra's is the voice you hear most often when you call AAA Pump. She determines the nature of your problem and the best person to handle it. If she can't solve your problem, she knows who can.
Matthew Watts
Senior Service Technician
Matthew has been personally trained by President Paul Croteau to deliver service that's up to AAA standards. When you see Matthew at your site, you know you're in good hands.
Daniel Reyes
Senior Service Technician
Personally trained by President Paul Croteau, Daniel combines troubleshooting skills with the ability to discuss technical problems in straightforward terms. It's a mix of strengths that customers appreciate.
